Well, even if Daisuke might have a crush on someone, that doesn't mean that he wouldn't want to spend time with you. I'm pretty sure that he would really happy to spend all of his time with you if he could so you don't have to worry about "taking" any time away from him.

I can't speak for Daisuke but from what I know about him, I'm pretty sure that he doesn't know. To be honest, he's kind of oblivious to these sorts of things so you have to be really blunt and obvious about it for him to get it. I think it'd take something like a confession before he even realizes that anyone even likes him so I think you're safe!
Though you should really tell him about your feelings one day.

After all, we don't know if what you saw with Daisuke and Tsukasa was real or not and you don't know who his crush is really on so until that's cleared up, you shouldn't give up.
