Yeah, I think the app only deletes itself when you're no longer "aware" of everything weird in the city.

But then it'll redownload itself onto all of your electronics when you're aware again.

I'm not too sure on the extent but I guess it's a lot? They definitely know that some of us were trying to have secret meetings or that we're talking about them off the network so they have to know somehow.

I haven't left the city in years so I don't even know if that's remotely true.
