Taken from episode ten of DR3: Mirai-hen.

In a dark and heavily destroyed room, Makoto is flat down on the ground with Kyosuke standing in front of him. Kyosuke declares that he will get rid of all the despair in the world, even if that means he'll have to get rid of the memories of those who fell into despair. Makoto forces himself up and shouts that Kyosuke shouldn't say that he should get rid of those memories and to not forget about Chisa. Enraged, Kyosuke grabs onto Makoto's collar and pushes him up against a wall, punching him repeatedly in the face while asking what Makoto knows. Kyosuke stops when Makoto shouts that he does know. He says that if Kyouko had turned into despair and betrayed everyone, even if he had to kill her in order to stop her, he still would have been glad to have met her and that he would never forget about her.
