Isn't that an insanely hard career to get into though? Since everyone wants a job like that.

Kotone, I don't think it's a good idea to just rely on chances for your career. It's good to do proper preparation and research for it.

it's the logical conclusion
nobody likes to work if they can avoid it

But not all work is bad, Kotone.
Like all the hard work you'd do in grade 12 will help you get into university.

i don't need to rely on them forever!!!
they're just the ones who really want me to go to a university
so it's more for them than me anyway
i'd be fine at a community college or whatever

You still need to study and have good grades to go to a community college, though.

I think it depends on which community college and which program you want to go into.
But do you really want to go to a community college instead of a university?

Having a bachelor's degree is pretty much a requirement at a lot of places now, though...
Then okay, what kind of job do you want? Maybe I can at least help you out on that.

Yeah, acting is a pretty hard career to get into but you don't have to be just an actress? You could also be a drama teacher or work in theatre production.
I mean, I'm an artist so I know all about high risk careers...

yeah but that'd be boring
if i go into acting i'd want to actually ACT
if i can't be on stage it's not worth it
also i'm pretty sure you shouldn't be looking down on people without college degrees if that's the case

Well, if you don't mind doing theatre or playing minor characters, you could probably hold a job like that? Until you make it big.
I'm not looking down on people! I just know that it's important to have one...
